This is an old cigarette card from Wings cigarettes. These cards were included with the cigarettes and they are sometimes called tobacco cards. This is one of fifty modern airplanes as the set was called. It is a Cessna Airmaster. This was considered to be one of the most efficient airplanes built in its day essentially due to its wing design. These planes were powered by a 165HP Warner Super Scarab engine. Their top speed was an astonishing 169 mph with a cruise of about 150 mph. The landing speed was manageable at 49 mph and it had the ability to travel about 725 miles on a single fuel fill.
